CITY COUNCIL MEETING TOMORROW APRIL 7 AT 5:30PM!
COME TO SHOW SUPPORT AND SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS. THEY WILL BE VOTING TOMORROW!
Over the last six months, you have kept Flock consistently in the public eye and frankly done more for public awareness about the surveillance system than the city or police department ever remotely did on their own before or after it’s installation.
How do we know you’ve made a difference? Because now magically the police department and city officials have begun another social media PR campaign right before the city council votes to give citizens themselves the ability to permanently ban surveillance in our city.
Tomorrow, Councilor Tim Sherrick will be proposing the language seen above to preserve every single tool Bartlesville Police had before Flock while strongly preventing any future permanent warrantless surveillance of our city’s roadways.
I encourage you to attend, speak, and invite others who also understand how imperative it is for our city to make a strong stand against this surveillance technology.
SEE YOU THERE!
In liberty,
Josh
