BPD Stubbornly Retains Flock on ODOT Right-of-Ways

Bartlesville and other municipalities have already been instructed at least once to remove all Flock cameras from ODOT right-of-ways; however, they appear to continue to willfully ignore these instructions.

ODOT has given these orders because statutorily in Oklahoma law cameras can only be on ODOT right-of-ways IF they’re being used for insurance verification.

I spoke with ODOT general counsel this morning who found out yesterday that Bartlesville continues to willfully ignore these instructions from ODOT. Our city attorney will likely be hearing from her soon on this.
