My request is simple: all nursing home residents should get uniform protection under the law. In Tennessee - as in most states - your legal protection depends on your method of payment.

 It is still a best kept secret that state licensed nursing homes are allowed to follow different laws. All nursing home residents should be protected by the federal laws that were passed to prevent seniors from abuse, neglect, and  exploitation. Why in the world would these protections depend on your method of payment?

I want to make sure every family member and every nursing home resident is aware of this insane loophole around accountability ❤️Will you please share this to social media and forward this to 5 friends or family members and request they sign? Accountability and change will only happen by public demand.
