There is rule #17 in the NFL rulebook and it states that the commissioner has the power to reverse a game decision regarding unfair acts. While it wasn't an unfair act by the Dallas Cowboys, it was an unfair act regarding the NFL itself. There is no better scenario to enact Rule #17 than what happened to the Lions in their game in Dallas on 12/30/23

This rule can never be enforced if the NFL commissioner never sees this petition, and he will never see this petition unless we get at least 500,000 signatures.
