Petition Update 3/24/24

Minor petition update: I fixed the broken social media link at the bottom of the description. It now links to https://threads.net/@barhim4ever instead of the broken link of https://threads.net/barhim4ever, which does not exist. The social media tag should work now. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
