• Telstra has called twice, first on Friday and again today. In the initial conversation, they mentioned an upgrade was scheduled for August 2025. Today, they stated that urgent works would be carried out within three days.

• Mark Coulton's office also called on Friday. They will be lobbying Telstra and plan to issue a formal response.
