TCAT Cuts UPI Out

Thank you to everyone who has signed our petition.

In response to our calls for an amended subcontract, TCAT has chosen to rescind all considerations or offer of an executed contract. Additionally, after 2 1/2 years of working in collaboration, TCAT believes it has no obligation or commitment, financial or otherwise, to UPI at this time. They have chosen to move forward without UPI, cutting the West End/West Hill community out of the project.
