Pest control issues

Several days ago a resident guest was rushed to the hospital because she was bit by a spider in the unit and had to call 911 because she lost feeling in her leg. Day 4 and she is still in hospital  but yet Solarentals don’t care they have not reached out at all about what happened even after I emailed them and told them.
