This was reported by a VSF member Juan A.:
"Angela Alvarez" is back on Youtube (or maybe it's a different cat killer pretending to be him, at this point it's impossible to tell), while I just found out a while ago, from the comments it seems some of his videos have already been taken down. Why Youtube didn't ban him after taking down his videos I don't know, I've said it before but Youtube really needs to be harsher on animal abusers.
He also made a backup account just now called "vindclad", with another cat killing video. The vindclad account has links to an Instagram and Tiktok account (though the Instagram account is private), as of now neither of them has any content, but it's likely he's planning on uploading more footage of cat killings.
He claims he was arrested but let go due to a lack of evidence, though I don't know if that's true or he's just making it up.

Also, "Angela Alvarez Entertainment" which appears to be run by a different person, also made a backup account, he claims his main channel received a strike, though none of his cat killing videos have been taken down. He also mentioned he'll make a new Instagram account where he'll upload more cat killings. Both his main account and his backup one have links to several other Peluchin Entertainment fans, many which also have videos of cats being abused of killed.

I should mention that some of these people are pretending to be a man called Simon Vinco and are using his name and photos. He's a Youtuber who has a music channel, but from what I can tell he has nothing to do with this. Just like the woman that Angela Alvarez is pretending to be I'm pretty sure he's an unrelated person who's being framed as a cat killer.
