Hello All, 

As many of you know, the Yulin Meat Festival in China is fast approaching (June 21-30) where thousands upon thousands of dogs are tortured and eaten every year. Though Yulin has been condemned by the world over for their despicable actions, they have yet to call off the festival. But I'm happy to say that there's some hope as China's Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Affairs proposed a bill in which cats and dogs are no longer listed as animals that can be sold as meat (https://thebark.com/content/chinese-gov-proposes-reclassify-dogs-and-ban-dog-meat-trade It's been slow, but we're getting there. 

If you haven't already, please sign the Humane Society International's petition to end the dog meat trade in Asia. If you are able to, you can make a donation as well. Let's end this monstrosity!!!
