As of today we have 435 signers who want Facebook to make much needed changes to their policy of protecting scammers. It is time for us to either force Facebook to change how they deal with reports or to make them pay for not taking things serious. In my own case of trying to break the hold of a scammer on a loved one it is causing a division in the family. Yes, it is the right of the individual to believe what they want but in order to get the funds to send to said scammer the person has to lie to others to get them to pay their bills. It should never have come to this. Yes, I have started steps to turn in the scammer but its a slow process and the money invested will never come back to the victim.  Please people stand behind this. Facebook and other social media needs to be forced to take this serious.
