Our voices have been heard! Regina Caeli Academy leadership has confirmed that current tutor contracts will be honored, including paid at-home work. This is a direct result of tutors standing together and praying as a community. Congratulations to every tutor who held firm; this outcome happened because of you.

While this is a step in the right direction, it does not restore confidence in leadership. The attempt to enact a sweeping mid-year compensation change without proper legal vetting or transparency represents a serious failure of judgment and governance. For that reason, we continue to call for Chris Ice’s resignation and for executive restructuring to rebuild integrity and restore our families' trust.

Celebrate this win, but continue to stay engaged. This petition has been effective, and our unity remains essential to ensure that this never happens again.
