Continue working under your current 2025–2026 agreement while you review any proposed changes. You have the right to take time, ask questions, and seek guidance. You must continue showing up to work to not face abandonment claims.

If compensation is changed or wages are withheld without agreement, there are consequences under contract and employment law.
