Our Solicitors has informed us today because we have been refused Legal Aid 

if the case gets refused for a full hearing we will be liable for costs in the 

region of £44.000 pounds each. Its clear the Government are trying to 

bankrupt both me and Paul. And this does no cover the costs of a full hearing

I cannot believe the government are trying to. scare us challenging this 

outrageous charge all for being Innocent men. They don't treat the guilty like. 

this and I feel we are being victimised by the state.
