The Ministry of Justice still refuse to make a decision on our bed and board case eight months after my lawyers wrote to them demanding they reimburse these ridiculous charges. With the General election coming up nothing is going to be done about this and theres nothing I can do about it.

My junior Counsel from Doughty Street Chambers has done nothing to help us and I am now looking for a new Barrister as they refuse to challenge the government taking the softly softly approach.

Just thought I would give you an update and I am more determined to fight this unjust charge seems the powers that be treat guilty people better than genuine innocent victims of miscarriages of Justice. Says it all to be honest with you.
