Dear all, Just a quick update. I emailed the complaints team in The council many weeks ago to highlighr the unfairness of the visitor permits being cancelled and asked for the situation to be investigated. The council did not do all they can to inform people correctly that the permits would be unusable after a specific date. Also they changed the terms and conditions of the permits after sale. 

Both unacceptable. I've had weekly emails back telling me that my complaint is still under investigation. 

This is good news. This means, the council are actually looking into this complaint. They are also aware of this live petition. It is important that this petition keeps receiving signatures so I ask again, please share once again to remind people how important our voices are.
