Many more innocent people will die in prison because they are being scared into taking pleas in fear of life sentences, because the system let's the prosecutors use actions from 20 years ago to influence jurors it don't matter that the crime was paid for... Imagine paying for your house all paid in full and someone comes and says either you pay for it again or you live on the streets with your family with rapist,drug addicts and murders wow!
