I’m sitting here tonight at home, thinking about my dad and how much I miss him, and I just wanted to reach out and say thank you—truly, from the deepest part of me—for being one of the 116 people who’ve chosen to stand with us so far.

Each signature feels like someone gently taking my hand and saying, “I see your pain, and I believe this matters.” After everything that happened at North York General—after losing Dad to what felt so preventable, after the silence and the fight to even be heard—your support is the first real light I’ve felt in a long time. It reminds me I’m not alone in wanting better: real answers when harm happens, transparency instead of cover-ups, and actual protections so no other family has to carry this kind of grief.

I’m still learning how to do this, and some days the numbers feel small, but 116 hearts? That’s already more than I could have hoped for when I first pressed “publish.” Thank you for believing in this with me. 🙇🙇
