I want to firstly thank all of you who have signed and shared. It's been just over 48 hours since I posted it, and there's currently 93 signatures and 33 shares. Thank you for standing alongside of me in support of what I went through and what I am trying to achieve.

No one should ever be subjected to unlawful, cruel behaviour in their PLACE OF WORK. 

The platform of advocacy is very much needed within the NDIS sector. Fortunately, most of my employment with NDIS participants and their families have been beautiful, positive, and appreciated interactions, but unfortunately, at times, this was not the case with this person.

By creating a platform of advocacy, we can forge ahead knowing that there is a safe space that we can take our concerns to, to report adverse behaviours to, to report abuse to etc. AND by doing so, know that there is a third party who will become involved and advocate for YOU!

There is a Code of Conduct we must all comply with when working for an NDIS participant. They are afforded protection, and so they absolutely should be.. so I feel it's high time that certain protections are afforded to us Sole Traders within the NDIS.

PLEASE KEEP SHARING. Help me get this petition out there and let's create a really POSITIVE change within the sector.
