On Feburauy 2. 1999, Noggin launched! I wasn't around, but I've been growing on Noggin and Playhouse Disney. But on September 28 2009, Our world came crashing down. At 5, I was heartbroken. Now I'm a strong 9 year old, fighting for what she believes in. WE HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THE WORLD! so I know alot of people who in their childhood days watched nogin it haad alot of lovable characters such as moose a moose and zee alot people are sad that the program was changed to nick Jr as many people think it even downgraded we want to bring back the shows of out child hood such as backyardigans, the upside down show,franklin, oobie, Oswald and MANY more if you belive that nogin should come back MAKE THE CHANGE AND SIGN THIS PETION FOR A BETTER YOUTH FOR OUR FUTURE CHILDREN thank you ,  and  Moose and Zee   needs  to make a comeback as  well .
