ANDREW CHIEU-of Quincy, MA the real animal, changed his plea to guilty to decrease his sentence

The state asked for 3 to 5 “years in jail .”

BUT( Ugg) they allowed to let Andrew change his plea to guilty, and he is doing six months in jail,for burning this raccoon alive.

He is back in court on March 26 th to be sentenced, but “six months in jail “for brutally burning this animal alive. They have it on video have them doing the whole thing

The laws against animal cruelty need to be reinforced where they have evidence of him doing the crime but all he is getting is six months. We have a few weeks to get our thoughts over to Dedham Court.
