On step closer for justice for The raccoon that was burned alive by Andrew CHIEU of Quincy Mass 

On 5/2/24- The grand jury issued two indictments for

1) Cruelty to Animals- causing pain and suffering 

2) Cruelty to Animals - causing death

 This is good news in hopes to put Andrew CHIEU  in jail for this felony
