I wanted to share an update with everyone who has supported this petition.

I have started a Facebook page called Truth Matters GA to continue pushing for transparency, accountability, and outside oversight when serious concerns are ignored.

While this petition began after serious concerns with Harlem PD’s handling of a case involving a 3-year-old child who was shot, the purpose of Truth Matters GA is bigger than one case and bigger than one city.

This page is about exposing the larger problem: when reports do not match records, documentation goes missing, policies are ignored, public records become a fight, and local leadership refuses to hold anyone accountable.

That can happen in Harlem. It can happen in another small town. It can happen anywhere people in power are allowed to police themselves with no real outside review.

Truth Matters GA will be used to share records, updates, documentation, and examples showing why accountability and outside oversight matter across Georgia.
