We were recently informed that reinstatement will not be possible due to pending litigation. But let us be absolutely clear: this was never just about reinstatement.

This is about truth.

It’s about transparency.

It’s about justice—not just for us—but for every employee who has ever been retaliated against for doing the right thing, and every detainee who has suffered because of broken systems and unchecked leadership.

Despite our efforts, no decision-makers have reached out. Not to offer dialogue. Not to take responsibility. Not even to ask what could be done to make this right.

We are running out of patience. The silence speaks volumes—and yet we continue to demand answers. We were pressured to resign, then terminated without cause, and now blacklisted and threatened simply for telling the truth and refusing to be complicit.

This is our profession. Our calling. We gave everything to protect others, and in return, we were discarded.

The clock is ticking—and we’re not backing down.
