Open Letter To Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, American Civil Liberties Union, And All Human Rights Defenders

The time is now to speak out against the cruel and inhumane targeting of innocent American civilians with electromagnetic weapons. As I write this, I am experiencing painful and deleterious physical and psychological health effects as a nonconsensual subject of a covert field operation testing electromagnetic weapons aka 'the pain or heat ray' bka directed energy weapons. It is my belief that the purpose of this field study is to test and measure the bioeffects and psychological effects of these weapons on healthy civilians.

I write this letter pleading that all human rights defenders and organizations get involved and help investigate, expose, and end these torturous experiments. As victims, we speak out as best as we can. Desperate to be heard. Hoping someone will help. But we are largely ignored. Ignored by politicians, federal/state/local law authorities, the media, even by many friends and family. This can be discouraging. The only thing worse than experiencing injustice is not being heard. But we still press on because the will to survive is strong and justice must be served.

The electromagnetic attacks we experience are somewhat similar to certain aspects of Havana Syndrome and Anomalous Health Effects but what I and others like me experience is much worse. Havana Syndrome reports are mainly centered around the neurological effects from traumatic brain injuries due to brief exposures to directed energy. But my experience is traumatic brain injury in addition to the excruciating physical and psychological effects from around-the-clock full-body saturation attacks with a variety of electromagnetic energies including radio frequencies, microwaves, and infrasound waves.

Directed energy weapons are designed to heat the skin of the target. Continuous non-stop attacks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Constant heating of the body creates a constant state of pain and hyperthermia. These energies are all radiated in various patterns. From streams of vibrating pulses steadily heating a target area to quick, sharp pulses projected with violent kinetic force causing blunt force trauma to head, chest, back, and literally every single part of the body. To the point you can actually hear the pop or thud sounds made on contact. It is all violent, painful, and degrading. It is the feeling of being slowly and methodically burned alive.

The entire operation is complex and highly-coordinated. Designed to torture innocent men and women in plain sight while avoiding detection and remaining anonymous. Tracked and surveilled in public. Unlawfully monitored in the home. Phones, computers, and electronic devices hacked, damaged, and destoyed. Communications interrupted, intercepted, and blocked. Relationships ruined. Life interrupted. Forced to retreat into seclusion where you are a sitting duck inside your home. My life, my home, and any and all environments I am in turned into an open air laboratory.

One of the main questions asked by those I confide in is 'why me'. The exact reason and process for how I was chosen for this unlawful experiment is unclear. Before this, I lived an ordinary life. Apsiring business owner. Avid reader. Writer. Musician. Movie lover. No criminal record or activity. Not an activist or whistleblower. Nothing out of the ordinary that would put me on any researchers or federal agencies radar. Through my own painstaking research and all of the evidence gathered so far points to this being a covert research experiment to test the bioeffects of directed energy weapons.

Can you hear us? Can you understand what is happening? What do you need to see in order for you to understand this is real? It is our hope that those dedicated to restoring justice and preserving human rights conduct independent investigations and fact-finding missions in order to verify our claims. Amplify our voices so that we may be heard by government agencies prompting them to act to end this torture. Together we can uncover the malicious actors responsible for these covert abuses and bring justice to victims.

Now is the time to investigate. Our physical and mental health is being chipped away moment by moment, day by day. We must act now or else this technology could be used on larger populations in more unlawful ways. It could effect many more people. Innocent people. Whistleblowers. Activists. Protestors. Human rights defenders. Politicians. Mothers. Fathers. Children. Speak with victims. Hear our stories. Review our evidence. Do all in your power to help end this torture.  We must act now.
