Part 3 - History Of Unlawful Experiments

TV host Dr. Phil once interviewed a guest who claimed he was being assaulted with directed energy weapons by the government. And even though it was never said, he was essentially dismissed as being 'crazy'. A psychiatrist was consulted (as they always are on these incidents) & gave his reasons for why he believed the guest was having delusions. Dr. Phil & the psychiatrist did their best to convince the guest & the audience he was delusional & that he needed 'help'. This episode seemed like a setup from the get go. One point Dr. Phil made was that the guest did not seem to be a person of any 'strategic significance' or importance for this type of attack. Implying he didn't appear to be anyone special enough to warrant using an advanced weapon on. "Why you?"

"Why you?" I get this a lot from everyone I have confided in. And its a valid question. One that I even ask myself every day & cannot give any definitive answer. 

The question presupposes that the most likely target of a covert attack from a foreign or domestic state agent would be a diplomat (Havana Syndrome) or some other govt employee/contractor. Maybe even a CEO or celebrity. Someone of 'importance' with access to classified information, weapons, or money. A target from which something can be gained. But history informs us this is not always the case.

US Govt agencies have a long history of conducting, participating, or allowing secret experiments both abroad & here on US soil. Mostly on regular citizens who did not gave the resources or connections to fight back. From residents of housing projects to prison inmates, to entire communities (mostly minority). 

Even slaves were experimented on. Dr. J. Marion Sims, considered the father of modern gynecology, perfected surgical techniques on Black female slaves without anesthesia. Dr. Albert Kligman, a University Of Pennsylvania dermatologist conducted painful experiments on inmates at Holmesburg Prison. These experiments were funded by Johnson & Johnson, Dow Chemical, & the US Govt. From 1932 to 1972, the United States Public Health Service & the CDC conducted Syphillis experiments on Black men in Tuskegee, Alabama. Dr. John Charles Cutler participated in these & worse syphillis experiments in Guatemala from 1946 to 1948. Residents of the Pruitt-Igoe housing project in St. Louis were continuously sprayed with a cadmium-zinc mixture for radiation weapons testing by the US Army but were lied to & told the dust clouds would hide the city from Russian bombers, sparing it from nuclear attack. In Massachussetts in the 1940s, developmentally disabled children were fed oatmeal laced with radioactive tracers in an experiment sponsored by MIT & the Quaker Oats Company.

All of these experiments were performed without informed consent. In secret. Using lies & deception to conceal their deeds. Were these people of any strategic importance? Had access to classified information or valuable resources? No. Not because they were deemed important but because they were considered disposable. These were innocent men & women who had their poverty & lack of privilege exploited. The govt conducted these experiments because these people had no resources & no access to the help they needed to save them. Just because they could get away with it. Many of these people & their families received no justice or compensation. And none of the perpetrators of these unethical & unlawful experiments were punished. Many were promoted & praised for their work.

Secret experiments didn't just happen back then. They are happening now. New ideas. New technologies. New weapons. All need to be tested. And the agencies, universities, & corporations will always seek out out minorities, the underpriveleged, the private citizen with few connections & resources, or the prison inmate to exploit , torture, & destroy innocent lives with painful secret experiments for the researchers profit & the nonconsenting subjects detriment.

Today, innocent men & women are being experimented on in plain sight with electromagnetic weapons. Radiated with lethal levels & intensities around the clock both day & night at home & in public by agencies & organizations that have the means & resources to do so.
