Justice for Keenan and Anthony started this petition to Suffolk County District Attorney's office District Attorney Thomas Spota

On June 22, 2017, Christopher Bouchard killed 19 year old Keenen King and 20 year old Anthony Holmes-Garriques in Suffolk County, Long Island. Bouchard killed these two young men by driving his car at least 100 miles per hour directly into their bodies.
Bouchard was arrested and charged only with reckless endangerment, a charge that is often given to drunk drivers, not those who murder in cold blood. Moreover, his brother was not charged with any crime despite being present with his brother before and during the killing. This combination not only grossly understates the depraved and cruel killing that occurred, but it also shows that Keenen and Anthony’s lives do not matter in Suffolk County. Both brothers must be held accountable to the fullest extent for their actions.

The Suffolk County District Attorney has gone on record to state that the charges against Bouchard will be increased. We need to make sure that the DA's office holds to that promise and increases the charges to prosecute Bouchard to the fullest extent of the law.

We, the undersigned, demand that Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas J. Spota:

1. Continue to be in contact with Keenen and Anthony's families and put their desire for justice first in all considerations.
2. Increase the charges against Christopher Bouchard to have the punishment truly reflect the crime. Prosecute Bouchard to the fullest extent of the law.
3. Indict Christopher Bouchard’s brother, who accompanied Christopher before and during the crime, as an accomplice to the killings.
4. Subpoena Facebook and any other relevant social media outlets to produce any and all social media evidence belonging to Christopher Bouchard and his brother relating to the killing and the circumstances leading up to it.
