📍 Location: Suffolk County Criminal Court, Riverhead, NY

Despite no evidence — no surveillance video, no fingerprints, no phone calls, and no physical connection to any crime — Jasheme is still facing a wrongful indictment, with prosecutors relying only on GPS ankle monitor data from near our family’s apartment complex.

 

His mental health needs have been ignored, and we’ve identified serious violations of his constitutional rights:

 

A protective order cited by the DA was never filed (confirmed by Suffolk County Clerk)

 

Brady and Giglio violations (evidence withheld from the defense)

 

Due process violations and discovery delays
