URGENT UPDATE: New Court Date Set for January 30th, 2025—Justice for Harold Delayed Again!

Can you believe the courts have changed the date AGAIN? The new court date was moved to December 18th, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., all because the judge was unavailable and requested to move the hearing. This last-minute change was unacceptable, making it nearly impossible for Harold's family to adjust their travel plans yet again.

Now, yet another change has occurred. A new court date has been established: January 30th, 2025.

This is beyond frustrating. This marks the third time the court has changed the hearing date, and the case itself has been postponed multiple times since it began. These constant delays are a slap in the face to Harold’s memory, his grieving family, and everyone fighting for justice.

Enough is enough! Justice delayed is justice denied. These postponements must stop, and this case must move forward immediately. Harold’s family deserves closure, and William Clark, the drunk driver responsible for Harold's tragic death, must be held accountable without further delay.
