So let's clear this up a little bit. 

In 2017 a jump-a-room stand alone babies jumper fell onto my daughter AuBrie when she was 9mo, while she was doing tummy time and I was in the bathroom resulting in a small bruise on her face. My wife came home from work and we took our daughter straight to geisinger Wyoming valley in bear creek Pennsylvania. 

We spent 8-10 hours there where they determined it WAS NOT CHILD ABUSE. The next day my wife took our baby to her mother's house who hates me. Her mother and boyfriend JAMES OKANE called James family member at luzerne county children & youth and field a false allegations of abuse. 

My daughter was then taken to Danville geisinger for testing for child abuse and shaken baby syndrome. ALL OF WHICH CAME BACK NEGATIVE!

Children & youth of luzerne county then forced my wife to fill out a safety plan and PFA against myself telling my wife "either he did this or you did this. Sign the PFA or we charge you too" 

My wife did as they asked. C&y wrote up the safety plan that if the PFA (a PFA I was never served mind you) was broken that Stephanie Lennon & JAMES O'KANE would gain custody of our 2 daughters. 

Within 2 weeks my wife took my kids and her self to my mother's to relax and have help with our daughters for the weekend. I went and stayed with my father on the 4th floor of his senior living highrise a town away. Keep in mind The apartment building has cameras covering every single inch of the property.

That weekend JAMES OKANE and a friend called and made yet another false allegation. This time that the physical seen me at my mother home violating the PFA by being around the kids. The Hanover township police department did an immediate sweep of my mother's home and found no sign of me.

The next morning C&y then went and took my children from my wife and gave them to there material grandmother and her boyfriend JAMES O'KANE. Charges were then filed against my wife and myself for abuse. Charges saying I "punched my daughter in the face" even tho 2 hospitals confirmed there were absolutely ZERO signs of abuse.

We fought the charges for 7 years, we didn't get a preliminary hears for the first ⁴½ years!!!! Meanwhile my wife regained her rights to see the children at c&y. We were also fighting in family court for my wife to get the kids back while she lived with my mother and I was living in a 1bdr apartment miles away. 

In the 7th year we were told by family court judge RODGERS that if my bail was not changed to allow me to be around my daughter then she would be "forced to do a closed adoption, giving the children to the material grandmother and severing all parental rights for myself and my wife. 

As we left that hearing my lawyer and us were approached but a assistant district attorney and told either we can go sign a plea deal for "child engagement" due to me leaving her on the floor and her then getting hurt. That they would then change my bail to allow me to be around my children and help us start the reunification processes to get our daughters back.

(Oh did I mention in 2019 we had a son and c&y LET US KEEP CUSTODY OF HIM!)

So I signed the deal, so did my wife. I took all the blame that I wasnt paying attention to my daughter.

Courts never filed charges on James for the false accusations of violating a PFA even tho there is video evidence time & date stamped DISPROVING his claims. Even c&y case worker and supervisor went as far as to say that my 400lb self must have climbed out my father's 4th story apartment building window then walked a town away, back then back up some sort of ladder to get around never evening seen leaving my father apartment on camera. 

Let us also note that multiple times we had brought up concerns of possible sexual abuse and grooming by JAMES O'KANE to c&y and we were told we were "grasping at straws" 

FAST FORWARD 

in 2022 once courts started to re open after COVID the full reunification process began and we got full custody of our daughters back by the start of the 2023 school year. 

In the start of 2024, my 5yo son and AuBrie were caught alone under a blanket and AuBrie was coaching my son to give him oral. We immediately started AuBrie in therapy where her therapist said this was "learned behavior" 

June of 2024 my daughter confided in a family friend that "poppie" JAMES OKANE and his friend RONALD KEEFE had been buying her toys and ice cream in exchange for sexual favors & taking naked pictures and photos of her on multiple occasions at Ronalds Keef's home in Plymouth twp. 

We called child line and filed a report. They called c&y and the police. Wee had to take my daughter to be forensically interviewed at the Child advocacy center of Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania. 

Where in after hours of investigation by therapists and doctors they found everything that my daughter had been saying was absolutely truthful. They said that my daughter was an absolutely no way shape or form coached. And after conducting vaginal examination they had found that my daughter's labia had been penetrated on multiple occasions... 

SOOO here we are. There's the whole story with the whole truth. Brianna can sit here on Facebook and lie and say what she wants. 

But will believe the words of any child before I believe the words of an adult. My child, your child, hell I don't even care if it's somebody I don't likes child. If a child comes out and says "this person sexually did this to me."  Them by God that person is a danger to the youth of our community and must be jailed!!!
