Greetings Friends,

     Thank you or taking the time to sign this petition. Legal options are limited, but I believe that the City of Dallas should know that there are people that believe justice of some sort should still be given for the lifelong trauma of the incident caused by the murder of Santos on July 24, 1973. David has had lived a life of true uncertainty, and he must not be forgotten as a victim in his own regard. While Santos died, David has  had to re-live this experience for majority of his life. Something must be done, and it starts with this petition.
