My name is Markale Ian Lundy. I am currently wrongfully incarcerated at the S.O.C.F., located in Scioto county, Portsmouth, Ohio. I was found guilty of crimes that never happened. I was a victim of a scam, and the story that was giving to the police was made up by two women ex convicts that has no conscious, and should have been actors instead of criminals. The real story was hidden from the police. That was done on purpose by these women to keep them out of whatever trouble they were in. I am locked up for attempted murder, robbery, burglary, assault, and kidnapping. None of this ever happen. Which i have repeatedly told the proper authority, and proven to them I am innocent. They just don't care. Instead of admitting they made a mistake they would have me finish out the next ten years of my life wrongfully convicted. It's been appeal after appeal. I get denied. They send lawyers to try to get me to take plea deals. I refused. So Jennifer Rausch knew the women were not telling the truth, so she helped them by allowing them to testify to key details that was 100% contrary to their statements. Paul Zachary Olah hired a DNA expert, Julie A. Heinig to test the DNA the state was claiming was mine, and her test results came back contrary to the States DNA results. Paul Zachary Olah refused to call her as a witness. Nor did he call any of the several witnesses that was willing to testify to my whereabouts on the day of the crime. Even with all this misconduct at the end the jury wasn't fully convinced. They asked to see the second statement that one of these women wrote to the detectives. Judge Steven L. McIntosh denied them because he knew that if they read that statement they would learn the the women had lied under oath. To make it even crazier. Several months after I was wrongfully convicted, the Columbus Crime lab issued a revise report to the prosecutor's office letting them know that they had made a mistake in my case and that my DNA wasn't found at the crime scene. Still no justice. They covered it up and went on about their lives like all is well. I filed appeal after appeal. Denied. Finally I fired the lawyers who were, "helping me", and learned to file something on my own. with nothing but the truth and the facts of the matter. I filed it in federal court. All of sudden I get a visit from a lawyer named Laura Grieg from the CSU. Trying to strongly convince me to hire them.they punished me with injustice. The State of Ohio used DNA to convict me of these crimes that wasn't mine, and even after I scientifically proved it wasn't mine they ignored me. These two women told police that two white men committed these crimes before they said I did. Several weeks later as the police did their investigation and found nothing, because there were no other leads to follow. The police pressed them for the truth but all they got were lies. These women got together and came up with a story to frame me.
Because they were telling lies they couldn't remember the story and they ended up giving conflicting statements that was so twisted the lead detective refused to testify for the prosecution. In the very same case he submitted for prosecution. Jennifer Rausch was my prosecutor at the time. She has committed prosecutorial misconduct all the way to the top to become a U.S. attorney for Mr. David Yost. My judge was Steven L. McIntosh, who is still on the bench today, and happens to be the chief judge of that district. My lawyer at the time is a reptilian man named Paul Zachary Olah, who has slithered his was out of the Public Defenders office, and into a good job at law firm in Columbus, Ohio. These three people worked together to make this wrongful conviction happen. They allowed these women to change their stories yet again during trial to help buff out the lies.

I was all for it until she said only if I set aside my habeas corpus petition, and allow the CSU to,"help me", with a appeal in front of the same judge who is help doing this to me. No thanks, and because of that visit I am now in fear all the time. If they did this, what else will they do? This is why I'm writing this. You don't have to take my word for it. The petition has been filed, and the state has respondent with an answer, and I with a reply. The whole story is right there for the world to view. I just want to go on the record and say, I am not suicidal. Even through this storm I find peace. I have a wonderful support group, and even in here I'm helping change lives for the better. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely, Markale Ian Lundy.
