For those that don't know, instead of removing Superintendent Chari Chanley from her position after being exposed for her bully-like behavior towards students/staff and her vindictive behavior towards staff members who stand up to her...the Monroe Board of Education gave her a new contract with an extension and a salary increase. This was approved by county superintendent Kyle Anderson, despite repeated attempts to explain the many concerns of residents in Monroe.

Now the NJ School Ethics Commission has found Chanley guilty on two counts of violating the School Ethics Act for using her position to recommend her son for a position in the district.
