Just today, I discovered that the police went to go and inform the public that she was "missing" and went to locate her in Milton Keynes. 

This is unlawful because the care order was obtained by fraud. And the child was 17 years old at the time and has every right to go out and stay out on her own. She was not missing. Please continue signing and sharing. This is crossing the line and this is very dangerous and could have serious impacts on both the child and her family. Please share this with as many people as you can because Social Work England need to investigate the social worker. This is something that they cannot get away with as they are blatantly breaking the law and nobody knows about it.
