The Leapfrog Patient Safety Grade Report for this spring has come out and Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center has gotten a "C" grade for the second report in a row.

Particularly concerning is that at NHRMC the death rate among surgical inpatients with serious treatable conditions is so high that the hospital ranks in the LOWEST 6% of all hospitals surveyed by Leapfrog.

Something needs to change! We deserve better.
