So it’s a year an a half later and my sons medical and HIPPA Rights have been violated multiple times and correctional officers continue with the retaliation against him with No commissary or No Or hardly little communication with family, defamation of his character! I bought him commissary packages and they cut everything open and put it all in clear plastic bags! And he was rejected a crucifixion, necklace and they send it back to the business!! His mail is tampered and open with several times! All for not a serious crime or he didn’t hurt anyone! They have lied and told the prison doctor that he denied the doctors appt, and he has high blood pressure and other serious ailments ! His release date keep getting pushed back!he was supposed to be out in February 2025, but the lies continue! And then a correctional officer lied and said my son bite, him on the arm! I told my son to file a 602 grievance, he has file 10-15 grievances and one gets answered 3 months later the rest didn’t!!! I told him to ask for a court hearing on it not a kangaroo court with lieutenants and Sergeants but a Real judge!   Speak about Corruption at its Highest level! We are seeking Litigation! He’s been injured multiple times for no good reason
