Mold is spreading and all Park Merced wants to do is paint over it. These crooks have been in bed with the SFHA for years! This arrangement is a two faced back stabbing arrangement against all tenants who are clients with SFHA. The real question is this: Why does Section 8 trust Park Merced leasing department & Resident service to do right by Section 8 tenants and San Francisco housing authority clients renting here in Park Merced! Why? When Park Merced does not even care about their fair market rate paying tenants! The problem I have ran into is, that the tenants here aren't  consistent, many of them are afraid of retaliation, many tenants don't answer their phones and they are not consistent with communication and being professional, many are immigrants and cannot even speak English, many feel that they will never win this battle fighting against Park Merced! So, they pack up and leave! Park Merced has created a historical culture of bullying tenants and scaring them or harassing them to the point that they just leave. Park Merced operates like they are the mafia or the cartel against San Francisco tenants.

WE ARE STILL FIGHTING AGAINST PARK MERCED! 

What I find rather interesting is that, when you ask Park Merced for their renters insurance, they won't even give it to the tenants! This is a criminal act against tenants and they have been getting away with it for decades! No accountability and the tenants lose their personal belongings because of the Airborne mold, mildew and mold infested units, that they continue to place us in or rent to us. Knowing they are inhabitable units, from the beginning!

The real issue is or the real question should I say, is how come no one is investigating what's going on with Park Merced and their unhinged unethical practices and all of these issues and criminal acts, that have been committed for decades against and us tenants and still going on currently?

HOPEFULLY,  SOME HIGHER SEATS SEE THIS PETITION OR THE NEWS STATIONS/REPORTERS OR/AND A PASSIONATE INTRIDGED JOURNALIST LOOKS INTO THIS SITUATION AND WE GET THE EYE OF THE PUBLIC AND LAW MAKERS! PERHAPS THE MAYOR OF SF AND CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM!

IF THERE WILL EVER BE ANY REAL CHANGE WITH PARK MERCED THE NIGHTMARE, IT MUST COME FROM THE TOP!
