So, Lucia Purcell and Ramon walked out on a meeting with me and another tenant. Ramon was hot headed, unprofessional,  hostile and aggressively rude. The tenant that was there with me (a SF City & Co. First responder at SFGH) and, he had previously cursed her out. NOTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED! That was 3.5 weeks ago. We are still waiting to get an appointment with DBI. They have until Monday 11/06/2023 to call back. I will call them if they don't call me. Since then San Francisco Department of Health sent to inspectors out here and they gave me two mold pamphlets and said they would reach out to Lucia Purcell and tell them to clean the mold and paint over it. The next week SFHA sent a third party inspector out here he failed the unit because of the visible black mold, they will notify  Park Merced and they will have 30 days to do the cleaning and painting over it or they are suppose to place an abatement on the unit, ceasing all rental payments. Lucia Purcell has emailed me twice and offered for the fourth time to end my lease agreement 1 month early,  makes no sense! A few days ago I received the email and she offered to end my lease agreement and offer me $500, that is ludicrous. She refuses to answer any of my questions nor will she give me the property manager or owners information or renters insurance so I can file a claim for my $5,000k plus and damages. She is incompetent and worthless. Park Merced does not do mold remediation they only cover it up, intimidate the tenants who discover it into being displaced out of their homes and then move new tenants in and collect their money until it reappears. Then they repeat the same vicious fraudulent criminal cycle over and over again. I want to find out how they have been able to keep doing this and getting away with it! For 30 years they have been painting over these mold infested walls and covering up mold in the units, mainly in the Garden homes and townhouses. Park Merced are corrupted corperate slumlords and SF City officials and the governor needs to step in a cut this snake off by it's head. Someone needs to find out how Park Merced have managed to rob and steal federal government money from section 8 and other low-income housing assistance agencies, that pay the rent or percentages of rent for low-income tenants. Someone needs to hold Park Merced accountable for these criminal acts committed against innocent tenants living here.

I will be forced out of my unit eventually, but I am not leaving without a fight, legally! Park Merced is committing a constructive eviction( no one in their right state of mind would want to live in inhabitable unhealthy unsafe living conditions such as these) with no fault to tenant upon me and all who stand in this fight and who are trying to go down this path of demanding justice and compensation for these ongoing horrific nightmares, we are living in everyday. NOW, WE WANT OUT! WE DON'T WANT TO LIVE IN THESE INHABITABLE CONDITIONS ANY LONGER! Let's remain hopeful people! We are still fighting! I will email governor Gavin Newsom every week until someone replies. We are moving forward in legal counsel and we will keep everyone updated.
