Hi all, I wanted to let you know that we now have 12 signatures on this petition. Thank you so much for your support!

I've been doing a some research and asking more questions to other organisations and discovered that this is not an isolated incident. I've heard multiple other people say they have had similar issues. Just because they were able to repair their car themselves they were penalised.

Its time we say to these companies and to the BPA, if they aren't willing to incorporate Scottish law and regulations they should not be operating in Scotland. In Scotland you are not legally required to pay for a parking ticket if you have broken down and the private car park has to take into account that you were unable to move.
