MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD THIS NOVEMBER

Happy Friday - We have now 75,987 signers. Next month we will elect our Governor for the next 4 years.
The commercials are everywhere!
One commercial - Lamont takes coffee from a brewer not finished, resulting in ruining the pot of coffee for all other coffee drinkers lol! Selfish and disrespectful - just as he was at the state capitol while I delivered your message to his office in 2024 .
"Lets get things done" says in the commerical. Why? Were you not getting things done while in office since elected in 2018?
Reported by the Yankee Institute Lamont was asked on WPLR’s Chaz and AJ show on Aug. 10 whether a third term would bring tax increases, new fines or new fees, Gov. Ned Lamont answered, “I sure as hell hope not.” Seriously?
Connecticut took in $362.9 million in gasoline taxes, $47.8 million in driver’s license fees and $18.6 million in vehicle title fees in FY25. Thanks, Meghan for good research!
Lets see what got done. Public Benefit charged has been less last few months... oh, it must be an election year! What a shock!
May 2026
The Public Benefits line became a bill credit
PURA approved rate adjustments that made the public benefits category a credit rather than an additional cost for customers, beginning May 1, 2026. The administration attributed this to the state-funded cost reductions and revenues associated with nuclear power contracts. The credit was initially expected to continue through at least September 2026.
On September 8, the State Bond Commission approved another $145 million:
$125 million for affordability and arrearage-related costs.
$20 million for electric-vehicle charging infrastructure costs. Yea, we are still paying for that!
The state said this would extend the reductions through at least April 30, 2027. Its announcement said the public benefits category was appearing as a credit on bills, supported by this funding and nuclear contract revenues.
There is an important distinction: Lamont opposed simply transferring all these costs to the state budget, arguing that doing so would shift costs from electric ratepayers to taxpayers.
QUESTION? WHAT TAX PAYER DOESN'T USE ELECTRICITY?! He refuses to put this on the general fund where all tax payers will pay their fair share and reduce our burden of ratepayers of Eversource and UI.
FIRE LAMONT and HIRE RYAN FAZIO.
FAZIO on CNBC
We need a change..... as long as your at it - FIRE NORM NEEDLEMAN, CO-Chair of the energy and technology committee. He pushed for all 52 line items as essencial public benefit charge dispite hours of testimony March 6th on how much citizens are hurting. They simply don't care about us!
They all needs to go. The end.
