Majority leaders called for an emergency session to send money to special interest groups and far left organizations, leaving seniors and the public benefit charges out completely. 

BTW, calling for an emergency session bypasses the legislative process to get the public's input.

"Seniors are extemely hurting in Connecticut." His office hears this on a daily basis. "People, not just seniors, are struggling and choosing to pay for electricty or pay for groceries."

Connecticut is home to 823,529 people age 60 or older — 23% of the state's total population according to Google. How can the Majority leaders ignore us??

Connecticut Majority Democrats continue to ignore these pleas to assist us.
