Dear Supporters,
Thank you for signing, sharing, and standing with me in the call to investigate the school attorney and their "services" to the Pleasant Hill R-III School District, and potentially numerous other districts. Your ongoing support is making a difference.
I’m sharing hopeful news: Missouri State Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick is following me on social media, where I have been uploading evidence tied to these issues. This suggests my concerns are reaching the right offices at the state level and opens a real path toward accountability.
To help move this forward, I am publicly posting a December 2020 invoice from Guin Mundorf LLC to the Pleasant Hill R-III School District. It bills for several short telephone conferences with Dr. Steve Meyers regarding "special education transportation matter," "special education transportation issue," and "special education matter."
A parent recently confided in me—without being named here—that the timing and nature of the services listed on this exact invoice directly coincide with a covered-up assault on their elementary-aged disabled child.
If you are that parent (or if you have experienced similar harm to your child connected to this law firm and the district), I strongly encourage you to file a whistleblower report with the Missouri State Auditor’s office. It appears the Auditor is interested in these matters, and one additional parent’s report—linking the harm to your child with this specific invoice and the law firm—could be all that is needed to open a formal investigation.
To everyone reading this: Please keep sharing this petition as widely as possible in the Pleasant Hill community and beyond. Every share increases the chances that the parent who spoke with me (or others with similar experiences) will see this update and be able to use the invoice as supporting evidence in their report.
Together we can keep pushing for the transparency and protection our children deserve. Thank you for continuing to amplify this important cause.
