Mandate and require all children go to therapy with the parents or family they're removed from to keep the bond intact and to work on making the bond stronger and to prevent alienation from the parents of the children. 

Mandated to be an independent provider not somebody of CPS is choosing or in their department so that they can manipulate the results of the therapy. 

Mandate that children be required to have supervised phone calls at a bare minimum if they're not allowed to visits with their parents.

Mandate that in order to stop visits they need to have a license therapy someone not affiliated with CPS to say it's in the child's best interest and why. 

For too long the Department of health and human services have alienated children by using the justice system to weaponize the department against families doing everything they can to reunify yet the judge will stop visits and that same judge will say she don't have the authority to give visits back.  Alienating the children for over 3 years and then moving for TPR on the grounds of abandonment.  Permanence is supposed to happen within 22 months but due to the funds that they receiving my family and my grandchildren have been out of the home it will be 6 years in December with no finality or permanence.
