I've never seen a situation where a child went to foster care and sometime during their stay in foster care they weren't sexually abused or raped, denied food abused treated differently than the biological children. Due to their incompetence what should be considered common sense not to take a child from an abusive home and place them in another abuse them home for the person actually had a criminal record for child abuse so Governor Evers thought he would clear that up for them and make a laws so that they were clear that they could not do that so let's be clear the law was created specifically because of management County and I can name at least one child in Manitowoc County today who is living with an abuser because of CPS.
They are fully aware that she's living in the home of an abuser because of CCAP records and police reports and hospital reports so they're doing it knowingly and willingly to keep as many children as possible they let boys share rooms with girls over the age of six so that they can double up children and take in more children and allow foster parents to have more children than their license to have so they can get the title 4 federal funding, because in order to qualify for the funding this year they have to adopt out more children than they did last year or they don't qualify.
In order for a child to be eligible a child has to be AFDC qualified which means low income and eligible for food stamps and Medicaid in order to qualify for the title for a federal funding.
YET I have a document that will prove that they lied about that in a home when they removed from the home because the person they removed them from was not AFDC qualified or low income therefore they qualify for title 4E federal funds.
Contact your legislatures and tell them you want change. Repeal title 4 E funding. Require the stage pay their own bills and stop incentivize them to take innocent vulnerable children out of homes that they weren't abused and placing them with an abuser.
