Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself and share a photo I took. My son Joe has been neglected and abused for the past year in his foster placement. He has been brought to emergency room numerous times. From unexplained burn marks and rectal bleeding, open lesions from such horrible diaper rashes, black eyes, bruises and red marks on his body, vaccinated without consent, butchered first haircut without consent… and the foster agency and acs are trying to cover it up but photos don’t lie, hospital records don’t lie. 

Benita Padilla lives in the Taino towers in Harlem NY 

We are seeking recommendations on a lawyer to sue her in civil court personally and then evaluate the foster agency and ACS for not protecting our son. 

We have full Custody of our newborn since they failed to find any safety concerns however they are refusing to either protect our other son or return him. We all know that acs/cps profit from stealing our babies . 

We are also hoping that as many people as we can get to share our story and make it public so that benita Padilla can’t hide and we can expose her for the monster she is to the world
