a letter written to senator Baldwin after she blew me off regarding the children being abused in Fostercare and are receiving billions of dollars from title 4E federal funding
at the bottom is the stupid statement she made to me to provoke a letter back to her
Are you kidding me, I am talking about a federal program that provides millions of dollars and they Wi is not in compliance and this is not a state issue you are asking the state to be honest and confess to them embezzling money from the us gov of funds they are not entitled to. I will be posting this ridiculous statement in my petition and posting it on facebook I believe I will purchase a bill board on highway 43 so everyone else knows that when it comes to voting next time it should not be you. Your a sad individual when se stirs from other states pay more attention to me to the point they are requesting I send them documents and my own representative continually tells me to talk to the state about a federal program that they have no say if a federal program exist or doesn’t existing. You are a joke and soon everyone else will know it to. Funny enough the senators I’m talking to are republicans not democrats that recognize there’s a war on the poor and black family’s when one of the qualifiers to get the funding they have to be poor. Showing your discriminating against the poor, black families and other minorities. You disgust me. Here’s where federal funds are going title 4E federal funds!!
I know two children in Fostercare being raped and no one cares and I know an autistic child who had his arm broke in Fostercare and when this gets out I’m showing all these emails that you disregarded none of those three incidents were ever reported to the state as required by law.
Milwaukee trauma care worker charged with abusing his adopted children he had as a foster parent first.
Title 4 funds paying for this abuse
