It is more often than not children are being removed from loving homes and placed in abusive foster homes to meet their quota. Every state receives 4-12000 dollars per month, per child. That is the reason the amount of children has quadrupled in the past 5 yrs. Their not running out of foster homes because of drug addiction there’s always been drug addiction.
They are running out of foster homes, because they refuse to place them with family or they adopt them out to their foster parents causing that home to close. My 7 yr old granddaughters abuse begin til after she was remove. Within 30 days she was sexually assaulted in Wi which was never reported to the state as required by law. The judges don’t require any sort of evidence that what cps is actually true. The parents are forbidden to talk in court or tell their side. Never allowed to call wittiness. It’s not just about children wrongfully being placed in foster care it’s also about the corruption in the justice system. Everyone’s getting paid. The guardian ad litem who’s never met your child in 4 yrs!! The judges who go by hear say. The cps workers who lie to the court and the court never requires the proof.
I promise you if they were acting in the best interest of the children they’d close down and cease to exist. By place children with relatives or putting a safety plan in place to keep the children in their home and the actual abuse would be reduced because 9 out of 10 children didn’t start being abuse til they went into Fostercare. Above is a letter from my grandchildren’s aunt asking for the kids and being denied. I also have a recording of them telling her no, which I’ll post tomorrow.
