when cps takes your children and puts them in Fostercare this is what happens to your child. If you think you are immune you couldn’t be more wrong. I’m a former foster child, adopted child, foster parent and now I’m a grandparent accused of abusing my 4 grandchildren which they have never proven. Denied every constitutional right to be heard or confront witnesses in the end they dropped all 5 felonies, 3 felony counts of emotional trauma and two counts of physical abuse causing great bodily harm and instead had me take a plea because they are corrupt and I didn’t want to find myself doing 40 yrs for a crime I didn’t commit. In the end I have not had contact with my grandchildren for over 4 yrs not even calls!! However if you look at these foster parents one in Fl was given a diversion program and allowed to continue fostering. Bio family can’t have a phone call, but foster parents can keep fostering child.  Are you kidding me this is insane!!
