denied all due process claims she was being medically neglected however my Dr disagrees and their doctor has never testified. Now they are Dr shopping to find a dr as corrupt as they are that will say what they want.

although I have been tpr they are denying my rumight to chose an independent provider that is on their pay roll if that isn’t biased or corrupt idk what is. The kidnappers want to pic their own provider. Have they lost their minds. If anyone knows an advocate that could step in that knows my rights please help. My baby was taken yesterday, given to her father's grandmother who assaulted me while HOLDING HER in March, the GAL is completely bias and this shouldn't have happened.  Someone please reach out to me I need help. I want to share my story. I am appealing and I will take this to the supreme court too

Our local CPS put up a case saying our daughter was delayed, her pediatrician did not agree and saw no need for any therapy or additional diagnosis.  CPS used the court to try to force me into using a place they are linked with..... Infant and Toddler Connection in Virginia, when googled this shows a "government agency" I was not comfortable with being forced into using this place due to court order and CPS so I contacted her doctor, doctor said she was not delayed and did not need therapy.  When I told the court this yesterday they accused me of abuse and neglect for not giving her the therapy and the place they chose, her father and I lost custody due to the gal and CPS being angry. They made us previously do hair drug tests which were negative, neither one of us are criminals or drug users or have any prior convictions.  His mother was found with sufficient evidence to be guilty of her assault on me and she is not to contact me until April, she has full sole legal and physical custody of our child.  We now get 9 hrs of supervised visits on Every other Saturday, I went from being with my baby (2 years) everyday .....to this..
