FOR CLARIFICATION

We heard discussions among Shasta County Election emplyees on the radio today and wish to clarify the following:

1. The sole organizer of this petition is Shasta Exposed LLC.
2. Shasta Exposed and its ownership group will not be subjected to intimidation, harassment, or bullying that would hinder our exercise of lawful rights. Such actions are criminal offenses under Title 18, U.S. Code, Sections 241 and 242, which address conspiracy against rights and deprivation of rights under color of law.
3. Our legal counsel is provided by qualified attorneys who practice law professionally. If you wish to verify the source of our legal guidance, you are welcome to contact us. Otherwise, please refrain from making assumptions or false statements and accusations. 

MAGA republicans constantly complain that their rights are being infringed (with zero evidence) but have NO issue infringing the rights of others. Shasta Exposed does not play the, “Rules for thee and not for me game.” 
Despite what you think, the law applies equally to everyone. That means you too MAGA.
